Instrument check-out
Members of the Firehawk Band should have their instruments checked out to them already.
Standards we are working on:
General Music Standards:
S1:C1:PO4: I respond to conducting cues (grade 7/8)
S1:C1:PO1: I play music of other cultures on my instrument with correct expressions
S1:C1:PO4: I play with proper breath support, posture, hand/stick position, and tone quality
S2:C3:PO2: I can distinguish between music opinion, musical fact, and cultural importance of music
Band Standards:
(Regular type means Intermediate level standard, Italics mean an Advanced level, and bold means a Distinguished level standard)
S1:C2:PO203: I play music leveled 2 on a scale of 1-5
S1:C2:PO206: I play articulations and symbols correctly
